Payment deadline agreement * I understand that if approved, full booth payment of £250 must be paid no later than 31 August 2026 to secure my space. Failure to pay will result in my spot being passed to the waiting list. Deposit & refund policy * I acknowledge that all booth payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once committed. My booth is not secured until payment is received. Licensing agreement * I agree to provide all requested licensing documentation prior to the event date and commit to maintaining a sterile working environment throughout the event.
